What we collect

If you email us or book a call, we hold what you send: your name, your email address, your channel, and whatever you tell us about your work. We hold it because we cannot answer you otherwise.

We also count visits — pages viewed, approximate country, device type, and where you arrived from. This is measured without cookies and cannot be traced back to you.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies. There is nothing here to accept or decline, which is why you have not been asked to.

Visits are counted using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is measured at the server, stores nothing in your browser, assigns you no identifier, and cannot follow you to any other site. We can see that a page was viewed. We cannot see who viewed it.

If we later add advertising measurement — which does set cookies and does follow people between sites — we will ask your permission first, and nothing will load unless you agree.

Why we are allowed to hold it

For correspondence and work you have commissioned: because we need it to provide the service you asked for.

For visit counts: because we have a legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. No consent is required for this, and none is asked, because nothing collected identifies you.

Who else sees it

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which serves the pages to you and produces the anonymous visit counts described above.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not build profiles on you.

Your footage and your work

Material you send us for editing is confidential. We do not publish it, show it in a portfolio, name you as a client, or quote your results — not on this site, not in a pitch, not anywhere — unless you have given us permission in writing.

This is a commitment we make to every client, and the reason there are no client names on this website.

How long we keep it

Correspondence: as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal records.

Project files: for the duration of the engagement plus an agreed handover period, after which they are deleted on request.

Analytics: retained by Google under their own retention settings.

What you can ask for

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw your consent to analytics.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
